VEHICLE MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the customer's satisfaction of a vehicle by highly precisely estimating annual costs predicted to be necessary for the maintenance of a vehicle.

SOLUTION: This vehicle maintenance management system includes an information management server 11 for managing information related with a vehicle 10 and a maintenance terminal 13 connected through a network to the information management server. The information management server 11 includes: a basic cost operation means 21 for calculating basic costs according to the model and cumulative traveling distance of the vehicle; a spot cost operation means 22 for calculating spot costs according to the model and cumulative traveling distance of the vehicle; a forced cost operation means 23 for calculating forced costs according to the type and cumulative traveling distance of the vehicle; and an annual cost estimation means 24 for adding the basic costs and the spot costs and the forced costs, and for estimating annual costs predicted to be necessary for the maintenance of the vehicle according to the type and cumulative traveling distance of the vehicle.
