<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an optoelectric composite board that has superior productivity, the optoelectric composite board manufactured thereby, and an optoelectric composite module using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the optoelectric composite board includes a first stage of forming a lower clad layer on a surface of an electric wiring board directly or with an adhesive layer interposed or forming a lower clad layer on a surface of a substrate with a metal foil directly or with an adhesive layer interposed, and then processing the substrate with the metal foil into an electric wiring board to obtain the electric wiring board with the lower clad layer, and a second stage of forming a core pattern and an upper clad layer on the lower clad layer in order to fabricate an optical waveguide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
