<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the changeover of oil pressure to three different states with high precision using a plurality of spools, and to improve assembly workability. <P>SOLUTION: An electromagnetic spool valve device includes a linear solenoid section 12 having a movable core 22; a first spool 40 and a second one 42, which are coaxially provided in the inner space 52 of a valve body 18 so as to switch a state of communication and that of discommunication among a plurality of ports; a first spring member 70 provided between the first spool 40 and the second one 42; and a second spring member 72 provided between a cap member 68 and the second spool 42.
