SOLVENT COMPOSITION FOR OFFSET PRINTING INK, OFFSET PRINTING INK USING SOLVENT COMPOSITION AND PRINTED PRODUCT PRINTED BY USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmentally acceptable ink with printability and printing effectiveness being by no means inferior to conventional offset printing inks using a fatty acid ester type solvent, the inventive ink using a solvent containing a natural substance concerned instead of a fatty acid ester type solvent originated from a coconut oil.

SOLUTION: A terpene-based compound group with an ordinary-pressure boiling point of 200 to 380°C is used as a solvent contained in the offset printing ink. At least one selected from the group consisting of sesquiterpenes and diterpenes as the terpene-based compound group is preferably used.
