<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost solid-state imaging device capable of suitably imaging an image even of a moving object in which the object is highlighted. <P>SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging device generates an image in which a predetermined object having a distributed absorption spectrum is highlighted, and comprises: a plurality of optical filters 130 that transmit light in a first wavelength band including a peak of the distributed absorption spectrum, a plurality of optical filters 131 that transmit light in a second wavelength band of the same color as that of the first wavelength band without including the peak; a plurality of image elements 25 converting light transmitted through the optical filters 130 to image data 62; a plurality of image elements 26 formed on a semiconductor circuit 119 on which the image elements 25 are also formed, and converting light transmitted through the optical filters 131 to image data 63; and an image generation unit 30 for generating image data 68 in which the object is highlighted, utilizing the difference in the brightness between the image elements 25 and the image elements 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
