<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bidirectional DC/DC converter that can reduce a loss caused by switching elements, and use switching elements with a low withstand voltage. <P>SOLUTION: The bidirectional DC/DC converter 101 includes: a push-pull circuit 71, connected between a voltage terminals T3, T4 and a winding M2 and having switching elements 21, 22 connected to both ends of the winding M2, respectively; and a bidirectional orthogonal conversion circuit 82 having a boost circuit 72 connected to the push-pull circuit 71 and the voltage terminals T3, T4. The boost circuit 72 includes: an inductor 41 for causing a current to flow via the winding M2, the switching element 21 in the ON state, and the switching element 22 in the ON state by the accumulated magnetic energy; and a switching element 23, which is turned ON to form a current path passing via the voltage terminal T3, the inductor 41, and the voltage terminal T4 and not passing via the switching elements 21, 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
