<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular differential limiting device for realizing shift to a differential limiting state as soon as possible. <P>SOLUTION: The differential limiting device includes an axle rigidity variable device 62 for changing rigidity of a rear-wheel axle 28, and the axle rigidity variable device 62 enhances the rigidity of the rear-wheel axle 28 when generating differential limiting force for limiting differential rotation of a pair of rear-wheel axles 28l, 28r, which suitably suppress deterioration of response caused by shortage of the rigidity of the rear-wheel axle 28.
