<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ratchet wrench which enables various bolts or nuts of different standards to be continuously assembled or disassembled without being combined with separate sockets and the bolts or nuts to be assembled or disassembled even in a deep groove as an object to be worked. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The ratchet wrench includes a body having one side circularly grooved and a fastener incorporated, a housing provided to pass through the circular groove of the body so as to be rotatable, and a ratchet gear mounted on the outer side edge of the housing. The ratchet wrench further includes a head selectively rotatable only in one direction by the engagement of the ratchet gear with the fastener, a worm screw connected to the inner part of the housing by a pin so as to be rotatable, and a pair of arms each having one end inserted into the inner part of the housing to be connected by a pin and screw threads formed on upper ends so as to be engaged with the worm screw.
