PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost clip, capable of conducing a stable pinching action, when clipping a heated member, which will not pollute the heated member, when attaching and detaching the clip. SOLUTION: In the clip for fixing and holding the heated member, the clip has a metal plate provided with a bottom edge part, a first lateral face part and a second lateral-face part, extending from both ends of the bottom edge part and mutually approaching by an elastic force and a clamp part formed by the lateral face parts, approaching from above; a first side plate having an end fixed to the first lateral face part and another end, extending in a direction opposite to that of the clamp part over the bottom edge part and a second side plate having an end fixed to the second lateral face part and another end extended in a direction opposite to the clamp part over the bottom edge part; the clamp part opens, as the respective latter ends of the first side plate and the second side plate are pressed to each other in their approaching directions; and the metal plate is a spring material and the first side plate and the second side plate are formed from an austenitic stainless steel plate.
