<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a volume control sheet for controlling a cry such as of a baby simply used in a streetcar in suitable volume. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The volume control sheet includes an opening in the center part of a base material sheet comprising plastic, paper or their composite material, and a rise part having an inner diameter gradually enlarging from the opening to the outside. Alternatively, the volume control sheet includes the similar material, includes an opening in the center part of the base material sheet, and a rise planning part for enabling concentric circle-like deformation from the opening to the outside, and forms the rise part in use.
