<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flowmeter allowing an integrated value to be read from the inside in an installation place even when the display of the integrated value on a display panel disappears due to the residual capacity shortage of a battery. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The flowmeter (exemplified as a gas meter 1) comprises a terminal allowing the supply of power from the outside, and a circuit 16 outputting a reset signal for resetting control in a control part 14, to the control part 14 when power is supplied from the outside through the terminal.
