<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress perforation of metal plates 15a, 15b caused by galvanic corrosion in a water refrigerant heat exchanger 15. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this water refrigerant heat exchanger 15, the plates 15a, 15b and an inner fin 170 are joined together by brazing using brazing filler metal previously applied to the inner fin 170. A portion 370 except for the joint portions 300, 301 of the plates 15a, 15b is exposed to a water passage 250a. Therefore, the areas of the exposed surfaces of the plates 15a, 15b, exposed to the side of the water passage, are enlarged. Since the galvanic corrosion occurs entirely on the exposed surfaces of the plates 15a, 15b, it is possible to suppress perforation of the plates 15a, 15b caused by the galvanic corrosion.
