<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator smoothly filling water within a short period of time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This radiator 1 includes a pair of tanks 2, 3 arranged on a left side and a right side at a predetermined interval, and a core section 4 arranged between the pair of tanks 2, 3 and having tubes 10 and fins 11 alternately laminated.
