<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum drying method excellently drying a solvent from a solid content in a coating film. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When performing vacuum drying, the Peclet number is controlled to be 100 or below. The solid content is then dried uniformly in the solvent, and sufficient drying is performed.
