PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a calcium phosphate granule using a solution growth method is provided to produce the uniform corpuscles, and to reduce synthesis and installation cost of a manufacturing facility. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a calcium phosphate granule includes the following steps of: producing an aqueous solution consisting of calcium salt, phosphate, or their mixture and compound consisting of inorganic acid, organic acid or their mixture; producing the aqueous solution of strong alkalinity in weak acid by adding a base raw material or an alkaline solution; producing a calcium phosphate particle by rising the temperature of the aqueous solution while mixing the aqueous solution; and drying the calcium phosphate after a filtering process. |
