PURPOSE: A write driver control circuit, a semiconductor integrated circuit including the same, and a method for generating a write driver control signal are provided to reduce defect of data transmission by securing the margin of a write driver control signal regardless of the frequency of a clock signal. CONSTITUTION: A pulse width combiner(10) outputs a reference signal equal to a clock signal by combining a clock signal and a write driver enable signal. A pulse width controller(30) generates a reset signal by changing the pulse width of a reference signal. A margin controller outputs a write driver strobe signal by delaying the reference signal with the preset time in comparison to the reset signal. A logic operator outputs the write driver strobe signal by performing an AND operation of the output of the write read bar signal and the output of the delay unit. A write driver(50) outputs a data output signal by driving the data according to the write driver strobe signal and pre-charges the data output signal according to the reset signal. |
