PURPOSE: A method for producing yeast containing ramie plant is provided to improve pharmacological function and flavor using the yeast. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing ramie plant yeast comprises: a step of washing the ramie plant and screening clean ramie plant (first process); a step of cutting the ramie plant, mixing with water in weight ratio of 1:1-3 then heating at 110~130°C for one to three hours (second process); a step of freeze-drying at -30~-40°C for 24 to 48 hours and pulverizing (third process); a step of mixing wheat flour to the pulverized ramie and stirring for 20-30 minutes (fourth process); a step of culturing Aspergillus in a medium containing ramie plant extract (fifth process); a step of inoculating Aspergillus to the mixture powder in weight ration of 1:0.2-0.5; and a step of fermenting the Aspergillus at 20~35°C for 24 to 72 hours (seventh process). |
