FLOAT ASSEMBLY IN AIR ELIMINATOR, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A float assembly in air eliminator and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent environmental contamination and accidents from being generated due to leakage of oil by forming a semi-permanent float assembly which is unnecessary to be replaced. CONSTITUTION: A float assembly(150) in air eliminator comprises a float(153), a central rod(151) and first and second supporting members(152a,152b). The float is formed of foamed aluminum. The float which floats on the fluid within an air remover senses the height of the fluid. The central rod is connected to one side of the air remover chamber. The central rod functions as a central axis in which a float is formed. The central rod is inserted into and coupled on the first and the second supporting members. The first and the second supporting members support the both sides of the float. The float is made of closed-cell type foamed aluminum.
