PURPOSE: An antenna coil and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the thickness by forming an antenna coil pattern between a front coverlay and a rear coverlay. CONSTITUTION: An opening part(310-330) is formed in the same location of a front coverlay(300) and a rear coverlay(100) to expose terminals(220,250). The front coverlay and the rear coverlay are made of the insulation material. The copper foil is bonded on the rear coverlay. The resist ink is filled in the opening part of the rear coverlay. The antenna coil pattern is formed in the copper foil by the etching. The front coverlay is bonded on the rear coverlay. The terminals formed in the opening part of the front and rear coverlays are connected to the conductive film.
