Fittings, internal; cases combined with mirrors and writing appliances; matches, specially designed for; cases formed of separate bodies combined in tiers. - A lady's vanity case comprises two principal trays a, c hinged to opposite edges of a central tray b normally covered by a hinged mirror h the back of which can be used as a. writing surface; the tray a is fitted with one or more clips m for holding banknotes and the tray c has means for holding cigarettes and matches. The tray b may be formed with cavities d, e, f for powder puffs, lipsticks, &c. and with a compartment g for trinkets etc.; each of the cavities &c. may be provided with a separate hinged lid o. The mirror may be provided with a clip for holding a comb and the match compartment in the tray c may be partly covered by a hinged lid carrying a striking surface. |
