The pump (2) has a crushing device for crushing fibrous or lumpy additives in a pumped fluid. The crushing device is formed by a cutting head (6) and a cutting insert (7) that is fixedly arranged in a housing (3) of the pump. The cutting head is provided with axially running grooves, where blades (10) are arranged at a suction sided front side of the cutting head. An attachment (9) is arranged at the front side of the cutting head, and comprises a rotation symmetric base body. The blades are formed from the base body. One of the blades is designed as a profiled wing.
