PURPOSE: A fermentor with functions of controlling the circulation of inner air is provided to reduce inner temperature difference and to promptly expel gas generated in fermentation. CONSTITUTION: A main body(112) has a receiving space(114) inside. A food is kept in the receiving space. A heating unit(150) is arranged in the receiving space to heat inner air. A blower(156) circulates the inner air. At least two temperature sensors(158,159) are placed near a container. A controller detects the temperature difference of the temperature sensors and controls the running speed of the blower. A first vent(132) and second vent are formed on the container. The blower sucks the air and delivers it to the side.
