PURPOSE: A method and a system for paying a free traffic fare for a foreign tourist and a recording medium therefor are provided to pay traffic fare support money to a traffic unit service provider in advance. CONSTITUTION: A traffic fare pre-paid amount per a service provider who will pay traffic fare support money charged in a foreign tourist object card to traffic unit service providers is calculated(700). The calculated traffic fare pre-paid amount per a service provider is withdrawn from a traffic fare support money account with a financial system to transfer the pre-paid money to a service provider account(710). The traffic fare pre-paid amount per a service provider is paid to each traffic unit service provider in advance(715).
