PURPOSE: A dual head lamp system is provided to improve a front viewing angle of a driver by lighting the front and a traveling direction of vehicles in a nighttime driving state. CONSTITUTION: A lamp unit(20) lights the front of vehicles. The lamp unit comprises a tail lamp, a rotary lamp, and a fixing lamp. The fixing lamp is turned on by a signal of an operating part(30). The operating part comprises a headlight operating lever mounted in a steering wheel of a vehicle driver seat. The operating part independently lights the tail lamp, the rotary lamp, and the fixing lamp of the lamp unit. The operating lever transmits a control signal to a control part(90). A rotation detecting part(40) transmits a signal to the control part by detecting a steering direction and a steering speed of the steering wheel of the vehicle. The control part calculates the steering direction and the steering speed of the vehicle by a signal of the steering wheel sensor.
