PURPOSE: A transfer commission processing method between portable phones, a system and a recording medium therefor are provided to enable a user to easily use the money transfer service by using portable phone numbers. CONSTITUTION: When portable phone number-based transfer transaction request information is received, a drawing-sided portable phone number and a payment-sided portable phone number included in the information are confirmed. A money transfer service is provided between portable phones in response to the received transfer transaction request information(1535). A communication company of the payment-sided portable phone number and a communication company of the drawing-sided portable phone number are confirmed. In case the communication companies are the same, the commission for the money transfer service is exempted(1565). |
