PURPOSE: A functional lake purification method of a circulation type is provided to maximize purification performance by spraying cultured microorganism s to the bottom layer of a lake. CONSTITUTION: A functional lake purification method of a circulation type includes the following steps of: taking water in an intermediate layer of a lake with an intermediate intake device(11); separating sludge from the water with a cyclone sludge separating device(16); sterilizing harmful bacillus contained in the water with an electrodeless ultra-violet lamp sterilizer(14); spraying microorganism cultured water on the bottom of the lake at high speed; and injecting processed water in which gas-liquid is mixed to the surface of the lake.
