PURPOSE: Aramid multi-filament and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve shape stability and durability of the tire cord, and to manage the number of the hairiness. CONSTITUTION: The number of aramid multi-filament is 30 or less per 300m of multifilamnet. The intensity deviation of the aramid multifilament is 5% or less. The aramid multifilament is poly(para-henyleneterephtalamide). The intensity of the aramid multifilament is 10~25 g/d. The elongation at break of the multifilament is 2~6%. The modulus of the multifilament is 400~750. |
