PURPOSE: A camera and a photographed image synthesizing method are provided to synthesize and photograph a group picture naturally by providing a guide image in real time when a photographer takes a picture of a background after he/she photographs the same background. CONSTITUTION: A photographed image synthesizing method comprises the following steps of: analyzing the first and second images which are previously photographed when entering an image synthesizing mode(S110); separating a person image from one of the first and second images according to the analyzed result(S120); and providing a guide image which induces the photographed image synthesizing by overlaying the separated person image with one of the first and second images which is not separated(S130).
