<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal transfer image receiving sheet, due to the lowering of the conductivity of which the sensitivity for accepting dye in an image accepting layer can be heightened. <P>SOLUTION: In this thermal transfer image receiving sheet 1, a heat insulating barrier 5 and the image accepting layer 7 are formed on a support sheet 2 under the condition that the heat insulating barrier 5 is made of a blend of a crystalline hydrocarbon resin and a resin incompatible therewith or a blend of the crystalline hydrocarbon resin and an organic base or inorganic base filler incompatible therewith. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
