PURPOSE: Particles having fluorescent films are applicable to electronic devices such as LCD, required for high brightness and energy saving by coating a mother material with nano particle fluorescent substance. CONSTITUTION: A particle structure comprises a mother material of several micrometers to several tens of micrometers; and fluorescent materials which is coated on a part or whole of the surface of the mother material. The mother material is formed in a sphere/oval/pole and is coated or contains aluminum or ITO to dissipate/move the charge/heat. |
