Method for cleaning a hydrotechnical structure

The method involves bringing contaminations from a base to a water surface (2) by a stroke element (5) and treating the contaminations in a floating body (1), where the contaminations are divided into fractions in the floating body and are separated by a filter. The contaminations are mixed with water in the floating body in such a manner that a pumpable mixture is developed. The contaminations remaining after treatment such as filtering are guided back into the water coming from a hydrotechnical component. An independent claim is also included for a hydrotechnical component cleaning device comprising a stroke element.
