A question providing learning system by difficulty having a question difficulty update method and a real time difficulty update function updating and calculating a difficulty learning system are provided to apply the statistics degree of difficulty provided by accumulated learners according to the weighted value changed according to the number of accumulated learners. A difficult degree classified item provision learning system calculates an accumulation correct answer rate and an accumulation answerer number about a question by analyzing the received answers(S620). The degree of difficulty item offer learning system produces the statistics degree of difficulty of the item for the setting questions based on the calculated accumulation correct answer modulus(S630).
