PURPOSE: A barcode scanner and a barcode reading system and method are provided to use not a variable focus but a fixed focus by fixable-maintaining the distance between a barcode pickup surface and a camera. CONSTITUTION: A barcode reading module(441) includes an image compensating module(451) for amending the image received from the bar code scanner(100), a barcode decoding module(452) for decoding the information from the corrected barcode image, and a reading information display module(453) for indicating the decoded information on the display. The image compensating module includes a lens aberration compensating module and a curved surface compensating module. |
