The winder has a fixing arrangement (14) for fixing of the winder in a mounted condition, where the winder is mountable in a flush mount in a recess (15) of a brickwork section (16) and in a surface mount on a mounting surface of the brickwork section. The fixing arrangement is provided with a flush mount fitting unit (18) and a surface mount fitting unit. The fixing arrangement is designed such that a side (7) of the winder points inward or outward to the surface mount, where the side of the winder points towards the flush mount.
