PURPOSE: A method for preparing nuclear transferred embryo of canine is provided to obtain optimally matured embryo and improve the activation efficiency and fusion of embryo. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing nuclear transferred embryo comprises: a step of making enucleated egg from an embryo of canine; a step of isolating somatic cells from a canine tissue and making donor somatic nucleus cell; a step of injecting a donor somatic nucleus cell to enucleated egg; and a step of electrically fusing at 1.3~2.3 kV/cm. The deposition number of the nuclear transferred embryo is KCTC 11331BP.
