<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration noise reducing structure capable of adjusting natural vibration frequency of a damping member and simplifying the adjustment work. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The vibration noise reducing structure comprises a first damping member 7 and a second damping member 8 mounted to a fixing member 3, a weight interposed between the first damping member 7 and the second damping member 8, and a tension adjustment mechanism for adjusting tension given to the first damping member 7 and the second damping member 8. The weight comprises a first weight 9 mounted to the first damping member 7 and a second weight 10 mounted to the second damping member 8. The tension adjustment mechanism comprises a shaft member 11 rotatably connected to the first weight 9 via first screw parts 12, 14 and also rotatably connected to the second weight 10 via second screw parts 13, 15.
