<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetized pulsar ring capable of stably maintaining detection accuracy of a magnetic sensor for a longer time, while suppressing manufacturing cost, and to provide a rolling bearing device having a sensor that uses the magnetized pulsar ring. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The magnetized pulsar ring 11 is provided with an annular support member 20 having a flange part 22; an annular magnet 12 fixed to one end face 22a of the flange part 22; a cover member 30 for covering a detected face 12a of the annular magnet 12; and a sealing member 35 for sealing between an inner peripheral end part 30a of the cover member 30 and the flange part 30. The cover member 30 is provided with an annular covering part 31, abutting against the annular magnet 12 and with a cylindrical fixation member 32 extended from an outer peripheral end part of the covering part 31, to cover the outer peripheral face of the annular magnet 12 and the outer peripheral face of the flange part 22 and fixing the cover member 30 to the flange part 22, since a projection 33 which is bored on the inner peripheral side of the fixation part and of which diameter can be expanded elastically is made to abut against and engaged with an end part on the other end face 22b side of the flange part 22.
