<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-conventional, novel method for securing a penis, and to provide a penis supporter for embodying the novel method for securing the penis. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A men's undergarment (penis supporter) 10 includes a first strap-like cloth member 22, a second strap-like cloth member 25 and a ring-state waist string 20. A through-hole 22a through which the glans of a penis is inserted when worn, is formed in the center of the first strap-like cloth member 25. The front side of a penis ranging from the bottom of the penis to the neck of the glans is pressed against the crotch in surface contact with the inner surface of the first strap-like cloth member 22, and the front side edge part of the through-hole 22a is hung on the front side neck of the glans to hold the penis.
