PURPOSE: A method for preparing (S)-N-(1-carboxy-2-methyl-pro-1-phyl)-N-pentanoyl-N-[2'-(1H-tetrazole-5-yl)biphenyl-4-yl-methyl]amine compound of high purity is provided. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing (S)-N-(1-carboxy-2-methyl-pro-1-phyl)-N-pentanoyl-N-[2'-(1H-tetrazole-5-yl)biphenyl-4-yl-methyl]amine compound comprises: a step of a compound of the chemical formula 3 with alkali metal azide in pyridine solvent at 0-150°C under the presence of zinc chloride to produce a reacted product of the chemical formula 1; a step of dissolving the reacted product in mixture solution of dichloromethane and isopropanol; and a step of adding acetone to crystallize.
