PURPOSE: An electronic heating/cooling apparatus using a thermoelectric element is provided to allow a user to drive a car in a pleasant state. CONSTITUTION: An electronic heating/cooling apparatus using a thermoelectric element includes an induction evaporator(26) and a ventilation evaporator(25). The induction evaporator and the ventilation evaporator of electronic heating/cooling apparatus are manufactured through the difference of the thermal conductivity. A thermoelectric element module(20) is mounted on the induction evaporator and ventilation evaporator and manufactures the heating/cooling apparatus.
