PURPOSE: A portable terminal with a financial information selection function stored in an IC chip is provided to allow a customer to preferentially use a mainly used card which is mounted on the IC chip of the wireless terminal. CONSTITUTION: One or more financial information is stored in an IC(Integrated Circuit) chip(360). An information processing unit(375) stores and selects specific financial information. If wireless payment request information is received, the information process unit extracts financial information from the IC chip. The information process unit confirms or extracts financial information from the IC chip. The financial information includes credit card information, stock information, account information, pre-paid card information and electronic cash information. A terminal(300) or a server requests the wireless settlement.
