LOOP IN A ROW CREATION DEVICE FOR EMBROIDERING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A continuous loop forming device of an embroidering machine and a method thereof are provided to make various shapes of loops formed consecutively by changing a progressive direction of the loop freely. CONSTITUTION: A continuous loop forming method of an embroidering machine includes the following steps of: sewing an embroidery thread on textile with a needle bar(S10); catching the embroidery thread with a looper bar installed at the bottom of the needle bar(S20); forming a loop; sewing a first loop on the textile(S40); changing a location of the loop with a base plate fixed on the top of the textile(S50); rotating the looper bar reversely; capturing the embroidery thread to a counter direction; and forming the loop consecutively.
