<p>PURPOSE: A fluorescence enhancement OLED using surface plasmon resonance is provided to increase optical power efficiency by adding the conductive spacer layer on the surface of metallic thin film. CONSTITUTION: The metal lower part - electrode layer(11) is arranged on the surface of the substrate(10). The metallic thin film lower part layer(12) is arranged on the surface of the metal lower part - electrode layer. The organic EL component layer(13) is arranged on the surface of the metallic thin film lower part layer. The metallic foil upper layer(15) is arranged on the organic EL component layer. The conductive spacer layer(16) is arranged on the surface of the metallic thin film lower part layer. The metal upper part - electrode layer(17) is arranged in the conductive spacer floor.</p> |
