PURPOSE: A washing machine is provided to increasing washing effect by supplying hot air with fixed temperature. CONSTITUTION: A washing machine comprises a cabinet(10), a partition(16), a hot-air feeding unit(40), a first sensor unit and a controller. The partition divides the cabinet into a first space(12) mainly washing laundry and a second space(14) secondary washing the laundry. The hot-air feeding unit includes a heater part and a ventilation fan in a lower part of the first space. The air is heated and supplied to the second space from the first space. The first sensor unit senses the temperature of the air supplied from the hot-air feeding unit. The controller compares the temperature sensed by the first sensor unit to a first reference temperature and controls the heater part of the hot-air feeding unit.
