A connection tool for detachably connecting connection bodies (70, 75, 77) whose size are different from each other. The invention comprises a connection tool main body (100), a plurality of attachments (80, 85, 87) which are provided for the corresponding connection bodies (70, 75, 77) whose size are different from each other and detachably hold the connection body with an appropriate size, and lock means (90) for detachably locking these attachments (80, 85, 87) to a predetermined position of the connection tool main body (100) selectively. The attachments (80, 85, 87) hold the connection bodies (70, 75, 77) and hold them in a predetermined attitude in the state in which these attachments are locked at the predetermined position of the connection tool main body (100). The connection bodies whose size are different from each other can be connected so as to be replaced without changing an existing connection body.
