<p>A gear chamber cover for an engine, comprises a gear chamber cover body (2); a plug (6a), a spring (6b) and a screw plug (6c) are fitted in turn in a main oil passage (15) of the gear chamber cover body (2). The plug (6a) is fitted through the main oil passage (15) in the side of the cover body (2). The spring (6b) is put into the plug (6a). An orifice is sealed by the screw plug (6c). Several oil discharging holes (16) are formed on the main oil passage (15). An oil pump adjusting hole (12) is formed at the end surface of the cover body (2). A sensor hole (10) is provided in the cover body (2). The inner and outer sides of the cover body (2) are provided with strengthening ribs (8). An outer side of the cover body (2) is provided with a long rib (9) corresponding to a top dead-centre mark (7) at a belt pulley (5).</p> |
