PURPOSE: A method for notifying the other party of the issuing history in an electronic tax invoice issuing system is provided to solve a problem of the security and spam SMS(Short Message Service) by informing of the arrival of an electronic tax invoice through an agent program. CONSTITUTION: A supplier PC(Personal Computer) issues an electronic tax invoice. The electronic tax invoice is transmitted to an agent server through an electronic tax invoice issuing system. An agent server receives the new electronic tax invoice, and determines whether the agent program of a user PC is logged in. If so, the agent server informs the agent program of the arrival of the agent program.
