PURPOSE: A system and a method for processing renewal web viewer screen of a mobile communication terminal are provided to offer speedy full browsing service by performing contents change of a display screen from the screen area of a mouse pointer where a user directly operates. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication terminal(10) indicates a web page into a full browsing screen by lots of image pieces. The mobile communication terminal provides the location coordinate information of the mouse pointer of the screen through the network to the web page converting server(14). The mobile communication terminal performs a successive reception and display of the changed image piece according to the contents change of the web page. If the contents of corresponding web page are changed, the web page converting server transmits the changed image pieces successively from the corresponding image piece corresponding to the present screen area to the outline of the screen area.
