<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerizable composition which is polymerized and cured with high sensitivity by exposure with laser light or the like, is excellent in storage stability and development stability, and is useful for a recording layer of a negative lithographic printing plate precursor. <P>SOLUTION: The polymerizable composition contains a radical-crosslinkable alkali-soluble polymer having both a styrene group and an alkali-soluble group in a side chain and a radical-crosslinkable alkali-soluble polymer having both a (meth)acrylic group and an alkali-soluble group in a side chain.
