PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of an adhesive from the side end part 3r of the other side part 3d of a base material 3 in case that a skin material 2 is set to a fixed mold and the base material 3, wherein the folded back part 3c opened toward the skin material 2 is laminated and a triangular rib 3f is provided to the other side part 3d adjacent to the side part 3b, is set to a movable mold to clamp the molds and the side part 2a of the skin material 2 is inserted in the folded-back part 3c to bring the surface side 2c of the side part 2a of the skin material 2 into contact with the inner surface of the folded-back part 3c and the back side of the skin material 2 is pressed to the triangular rib 3f and the adhesive is injected in the space between the skin material 2 and the base material 3. SOLUTION: The skin material 2 and the base material 3 are set so that the cross section of the space between the skin material 2 and the base material 3 wherein the adhesive is injected in the folded-back part 3c is set so that an internal side is becomes larger than the side of the side end part 3r in the direction along the side part 3b of the folded-back part 3c.
